Sword style with a ridge down the centre of the blade to provide more precision cutting, especially toward the tip of the blade.

Convex style with a smooth taper from spine to edge for better slide cutting.

The 6.0" Dry/Slide Cut model has a wide "Bamboo Leaf" style cutting blade that allows for ultimate Slide/Dry cutting.
